Want to know where your order is? You can check its status and tracking any time — here's how to find it, what each status means, and what to do if something doesn't look right.
Check Your Order
Log in to your account to view your order history, status, and tracking — or use the "View your order" link in your confirmation or shipping email (no account needed).
How to Check Your Status
- From your email. Open the order confirmation or shipping email from The Helmet Shop and click "View your order" to see live status and tracking — this works even if you don't have an account.
- From your account. Log in at the top of our site, open "Account," and select the order from your order history.
- Ask us. Can't find it? Contact us with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
What Your Order Status Means
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours after you receive it for the carrier to begin posting scans and updates. If your order ships in more than one box, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each.
Common Questions
I don't have tracking yet. If your order is still showing as unfulfilled, it's likely in processing. Tracking is emailed once it ships — allow 1–2 business days.
Tracking says delivered, but I don't have it. Check around your property and with neighbors, and allow a few hours — carriers sometimes mark packages early. If it still hasn't turned up, contact us and we'll help you open a carrier claim.
I need to change or cancel my order. Orders can only be changed while the status reads "Unfulfilled." Once it's "Fulfilled," it's already with our warehouse team. See our Return Policy for cancellations and modifications.
