HJC i30 open face helmet

is a DOT-approved urban daily helmet designed for commuting. The helmet features an advanced polycarbonate composite shell that is lightweight and offers superior fit and comfort, thanks to its use of advanced CAD technology.

The helmet also features the ACS advanced channeling ventilation system, which provides full front-to-back airflow to flush heat and humidity out. The HJ-34 pinlock visor provides 99% UV protection and enhances visibility. The Rapidfire II shield replacement system allows for quick and secure removal and installation without the need for tools.

The aerodynamic 3D shield design reduces wind turbulence and windblown onto the face area. The HJ-V9 integrated dark smoke sunshield deploys quickly and easily, provides better peripheral vision and is anti-scratch coated. The new easy-to-use sunshield lever operates smoothly and quietly. The Multicool interior provides enhanced moisture-wicking function. The crown and cheek pads are also interchangeable throughout all shell sizes. Q: Is the HJC i30 available in 3x large? If not, can the liner be changed for a thinner one? I tried the XL and I could barely get my head into it, it was mega tight. Thank you, Steve

A: HJC does not make a 3x in any open face and there aren't thinner pads. the 2x is the biggest in the i30. We can install the S2 Pro in another open face that comes in a 3x like the Daytona cruiser although it has no shield only offers a separate snap-on shield.
