Q: # 2448 DAYTONA GLIDE MODULAR HELMET IS THIS HELMET AS GOOD AS AN H.J.C. OR HARLEYS??? ive been looking for a big yellow flip up for a long time and naturally Harley is way to expensive..they don't hold up in florida..several rocks have cracked the shell is junk..never can find yellow..this is what I need..and do YOU CARRY LIKE COP HALF HELMETS IN YELLOW ALSO??? I DIDNT SEE ANY..MY PHONE IS 863 326 9450..WE WILL BE ORDERING THIS DAYTONA VERY VERY SOON.IF YOU HAVE HALF HELMETS PLEASE SEND ME ITEM NUMBER..THX..SIGNED ROBERT RUSSELL

A: Daytona glide is a good helmet but I would say HJC is a better quality helmet. We don't carry yellow half helmets

Q: I am ordering another Daytona FMVSS 218 Skull cap (2XL) because it is the best fitting helmet I've found. I'm also in the market for a Modular Flip-up Helmet and am wondering if this 244B helmet is an intermediate oval and if the 2XL will fit the same as the 218 Skull cap. I'm asking this question in advance as I'd rather not go through the return process (if possible). Please advise.....Thanks! Danny B

A: Since a half helmet only wraps around the crown area, a modular helmet will not fit the same, it's impossible to tell if you would be the same size as your other helmets unless you try it. If it does not fit right you may exchange size or brand.

Q: Does the clear shield raise without raising the whole chin bar? I can’t find a picture anywhere of the glide with just the clear visor raised. I like to ride with the clear visor up just a bit. Also, what is your return policy if it does not fit? Cannot find that on your website. Do you charge restocking? I pay the postage to return?

A: Yes the shield lifts up, this is true for all helmets with a shield, the return policy is on the bottom of every website page, here's a link copy.
