Exchanges and Returns
If you need to arrange for an exchange or return, please call (386)257-6434.
The returns department is available Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm EST.
ExchangesYou can exchange your order for a different color, size, or brand by calling our exchange department during store hours at 386-257-6434. No Exchange Fees. You only need to pay the shipping costs.
ReturnsYou can arrange for a refund by calling our return department during store hours at 386-257-6434. There is a 10% return fee for returning items without an exchange. The maximum return fee is $25. Shipping costs are not eligible for credits.
Conditions for items Returned or ExchangedWe ask that you keep the box and all the manufacture paperwork in tact while examining your order for proper fit. Refrain from damaging the painted surface of the motorcycle helmets. Do not remove brand or safety stickers from the helmets. Wear the product indoors while testing for fit. Re-package your order should you decide to do an exchange or return. Be sure to put helmets back in the helmet bag and place the helmet upright in the helmet box. The helmet box should be then put back in the shipping box. Call for a return or exchange number. The items must be in new condition. The Helmet Shop will refuse any items returned scratched, scuffed, dropped, sent back in just the helmet box or without a return / exchange number. Exchanges or returns must be done within 2 weeks after delivery to reduce the chances of damage. A return or exchange number expires after 2 weeks and will be refused on delivery.
Damaged or Defective ItemsItems shipped from our shop are inspected by our shipping department and are properly packed for safe delivery. Some items are shipped direct to our customer from the distribution centers. Please make note of any damage to the shipping carton should we need to make a claim with our carrier. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Call our return / exchange department to report any damages or defects upon inspection. A replacement item will be sent along with a pre-paid return shipping label.
International OrdersThe Helmet Shop ships our products Worldwide. There are no special requirements needed to place your order with us other than the order must be placed via our website.
Our website software gathers all the information needed that our fraud screening service needs to approve your order. When your order is approved by our fraud protection service, we will ship your order.
If, for any reason, the fraud protection service declines the transaction, we will return the funds to the credit card and contact you with an alternate payment method.
The shipping fees will be calculated at the time of your order according to the total weight of your package and your location. Import or Vat taxes are not included in this fee.
